There are a number of experts in this field but in the first instance the Citizens Advice Bureau is a great option. Certainly, if you think you are struggling financially you need to talk to an expert at the first opportunity. Do not ignore the problem. Banks, insurers, power companies etc will do their best to help delay payments etc but it is best to do this nice and early before you get too far in to arrears.
